Our flexible approach to aftersales support has always been central to our commitment to be there for all of our customers. As such we want to assure you that we are still here to assist you with this valuable service on a day to day basis, just as we always have been, with minimal disruption.
Whilst travel restrictions may inhibit our ability to support you in the traditional way of having Service Engineers on your site, please be assured that we are still able to support our customers remotely via a number of platforms. We are utilising existing video and team conferencing technology and are actively implementing new innovative technologies too.
