CMB offer a very attractive aftercare in the form of Health Check Agreements.

The intention of these Health Check Agreements is for CMB to engage in Audit activities, which encourage and promote effective Preventative Maintenance.This, in turn reduces the risk of (and costs associated with) breakdowns caused as a result of incorrect, poor, inadequate or ineffective maintenance, maintenance procedures or machine interactions.

Whilst starting up and commissioning new Canmaking equipment, CMB Service Engineers are with you every step of the way.

From starting and setting up the machines right the way through to running post installation performance checks, ensuring the machines are working to their optimal level, producing a quality product that CMB’s customers expect. During the start-up and commissioning process, the CMB Service Engineers will provide and engage in expert training and guidance to plant personnel.They are also more than happy and capable of talking through any aspect of the machines or your future journey with CMB, whether it be Spare Parts, Maintenance Schedules or an array of other topics.
