Experts In Commissioning Machines
Once your new canmaking machine or line has been successfully installed; the commissioning phase allows our engineers to ensure our equipment is working at its optimal level on your line. Precise measurements and several other quality checks are performed in order to confirm that the machine is ready for production. Following initial tests, final adjustments are made if required to the machine settings; and any additional tooling that may be needed is fitted.
We work closely with your quality control department during this phase to determine that they are completely satisfied with the end result before production begins. During this process, your CMB engineer will remain on site, on hand for any trouble-shooting and to advise factory floor personnel where necessary.
